I just want to start this post off by apologising for the late posting this month. If you can tell we decided to post our August Mixtape as well as this post together today so that we can squeeze it all in before the month ends. It's been a few busy weeks full of school assignments, work experience, and our sixteenth birthday's which is what this particular post is all about! So let's get into it!

Our mothers are always complaining about how we have such expensive taste. Every birthday when we get asked what we want, we roll out the long list and watch their wide eyed expressions grow as the list goes on, and it's funny because already at sixteen our first preferences are either $80 candles or two hundred dollar Miu Miu bracelets (which isn't always good). But hey, it's August, our birthday month, and we're turning sixteen, so we went all out with our gift choices any time someone would ask and personally, I say, why not?

Above are a few products and items that we've had our eyes on for a while, things that we've saved up for or things that we've just been dying for. Luckily enough we did end up with a few items that are on those lists (I finally got my hands on a Miu Miu bracelet thats to die for, and Sabrina got those gorgeous vans (and it was all pretty exciting)), along with a few other things from our friends and family. I normally don't plan things or ask for a lot on any other year, but this time I decided to have a little extra fun with my birthday and I can see that Sabrina has been pretty much the same as me with her simple birthdays, having dinner with the grandparents and staying at home, up until this year. So we planned a few outings with our families and friends to celebrate and to say the least, whether we got what gifts we'd wished for or not, our birthday's this year will be hard to beat.
